We have a great community at CrossFit Galveston, and a big part of it is the people that you meet, the accountability partners, and the coaches [who] stay on top of attendance. We reach out to our members if they haven't been to class to see why they have not been attending class. We also have a different workout each day, so you don't get bored of the same old fitness routine. Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain?? Why or why not? To get results, you are going to have to put in the work. Our workouts are high intensity but each person is different and we all have limits. We want our members to push themselves, but know their limits and do the best they can. Our workouts are all able to be modified to any fitness level and experience . Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover? We care about our members and want them to succeed and achieve the results they are looking to get. We give nutritional guidance and help our members to live a healthier lifestyle.
