The Pavilion cultivates every species of physical activity within its 66,000-square-foot indoor complex and adjacent outdoor fields. The eclectic indoor space hosts soccer, volleyball, and curling face-offs, as well as a year-round ice-skating facility, bounce house, and inline-skating space. Fledgling ice skaters slip and slide during public skating sessions or take part in the U.S. Figure Skating Association's basic skills program to grease their triple axels. As the temperature rises, members make a mad dash outdoors to one of six tennis courts and three soccer fields, or hail a ride on George, The Pavilion's historic miniature passenger train. The complex's Boundless Playground offers a space where children with disabilities can be included in play thanks to accessible slides, swings, and climbing structures.

Part fitness center, part community center, Curves is a women?s only club that takes a streamlined approach to health, fitness, and weight loss. Curves has teamed up with health and fitness coach Jillian Michaels to develop full-body, 30-minute workouts that kick-start weight loss, combining strength training, cardio, and stretching into sessions that torch fat, build strength, boost intensity, and prevent plateaus. Those who need technical assistance can enroll in lessons, where National Field Archery Association–certified instructors teach proper holding, aiming, and shooting techniques. An on-site store outfits visitors with specialized archery gear from top brands, plus hunting-related products such as food plots and cover scents.
Basketball Combine Training helps players achieve their potential on the court. One-on-one sessions focus on whatever skills can most help the player succeed, ranging from jump shots to building confidence. 360 group training and specialty camps take these workouts to the next level with custom exercises in a competitive environment.
Certified trainer Heather Coley has been immersed in fitness for her entire life. From a childhood spent kicking soccer balls, she has muscled her way into becoming a qualified, multi-level fitness instructor certified by the American Council on Exercise, National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association, and Mad Dogg Athletics just to name a few. With the help of Kelli Calabrese—a certified trainer, wellness writer, and degreed physiologist—Coley combined the years of research, instruction, and nutritional wisdom behind Dr. John Spencer Ellis's original Adventure Boot Camp with her own extensive experience. It's through these motivating boot camps that she hopes to help her clients reshape their lifestyles and waistlines. Pulling from a wealth of exercises and plyometrics, Coley helps her students reach their fitness goals as they sprint, jump, and pump iron through obstacle courses, weight training, and cardio drills. She changes up her workouts daily to keep muscles on their toes and minimize body boredom so that muscles don’t start mindlessly doodling all over the bones. She aims to boost attendees' self-confidence with motivating words that summon images of a slimmer physique, well-toned muscles, and a straighter posture.
