The familial trio of Jack Brown, Jeff Brown, and Lauren Brown chose CrossFit not only because it works, but also because it works for everyone. At Garden Grove Crossfit, they lead classes that welcome men and women from all walks of life. Some are members of the military and police, others are stay-at-home parents or grandparents, and still others are completely new to fitness routines.
