The familial trio of Jack Brown, Jeff Brown, and Lauren Brown chose CrossFit not only because it works, but also because it works for everyone. At Garden Grove Crossfit, they lead classes that welcome men and women from all walks of life. Some are members of the military and police, others are stay-at-home parents or grandparents, and still others are completely new to fitness routines. Their system of intense functional exercises can be scaled to all of them. It's so adaptable, in fact, that one student could be focusing on a completely different regimen from another student during the same class. To create ideal fitness, class leaders change up routines every day, which also keeps boredom from creeping in. So all members can engage the method with confidence, they offer Intro to CrossFit classes every Monday.
The brightly colored walls of Studio B Fitness reflect in the full wall mirrors as expert instructors lead students of all fitness levels through high-energy dance fitness classes. The instructors lead Zumba classes, hip-hop dance, and step classes, with Zumbatomic classes for ages 2–10 and Zumba Gold classes for seniors. Studio B Fitness also boasts an array of workout machines for guests to use at their own pace.
Our focus is to build the ATHLETE first. We specialize in providing individually-developed athletic performance training programs for athetes of all sports, ages, and abilities looking to get an edge on their competition. We also offer Adult Fitness Classes and Physical Therapy.
Fit Body Boot Camp's instructors all over the world share a common goal: to help clients hit their fitness and weight-loss goals with regimented training programs. Trainers lead group workouts that combine cardio with resistance exercises, strength training, and light alligator wrestling. They design the workouts to be as time-effective as possible and vary the routines constantly to avoid workout plateaus that can leave clients feeling uninspired. Trainers empower their students with healthy eating guidelines to keep motivation high outside of class.
During one-on-one sessions, certified personal trainers plan out tailored fitness programs, which clients can take with them to Fit Body Boot Camp?s gyms to continue shaping up on their own.
