North Ridge Mountain Guides founder Jamie Leahy first fell in love with scaling peaks while tackling the heights of Mount Washington. The AMGA Certified Single-Pitch Instructor has since defied gravity on inclines of ice and rock around the United States and in Ecuador, summiting peaks of more than 19,000 feet to touch the sky and harvest his crops of clouds by following a simple philosophy: climb hard, climb safe. This mantra guides his approach to teaching the ins and outs of belaying and rappelling and steers the expeditions he leads up the less-traveled routes of Mount Monadnock. He also shares the art of ice climbing with pupils during introductory courses that delve into subjects such as crampon placement, swinging an ice axe, and how to read the ice, which often obscures its messages in Wingdings fonts.

These workouts are enhanced further by the Curves Complete Program, available for an extra fee, which is rooted in Curves' method for effective weight loss in that it supplements efforts at the gym with personalized meal plans and weekly one-on-one meetings with a certified Curves coach.
Few fitness organizations would place as much importance on a potluck as a pushup, but Friends in Motion is different. Instead of creating weight-loss programs that consist of strict drills and dieting, the staff designs plans that are built on a foundation of support and social interactions. Though it might seem cliché, the effectiveness is no joke. Team members bond with their teammates during interactive classes and outdoor team-building activities, increasing the chances that they'll return for more calorie-burning workouts.
We offer 26 exercise classes per week. Each class is approximately one hour in duration. Combining cardio and strength. The cardio portion is about 35 minutes of dance based aerobics followed by strength training working all muscle groups using weights, resistance tubes and stability balls
