Comprised of three classes—kickboxing, Cardio Bag, and Body Shape—the kickboxing program builds endurance, chisels muscles into diamond-like hardiness, and improves reaction time and coordination for dodging projectile bags of money. Kickboxing classes sync footwork drills to antielevator music, and Cardio Bag classes instill proper punching form with heavy-bag routines (must bring boxing gloves or hand wraps).
