When Jill Geoppo steps into a room, she sees a flurry of potential. Tile patterns, color combinations, and even plumbing fixtures suggest themselves, though not without the consent of the space itself. The first step in Jill's process is to get a real sense of how people live in their homes and what their personal design sensibilities are. Whether folks need advice on furniture placement or window fixtures, or are looking to completely overhaul their home, Jill helps take the anxiety out of the process.
Food Outreach's team of staff and volunteers supports a growing number of local clients from diverse backgrounds and ages that now numbers more than 1,700 annually. To help foster a sense of community among its clients and their caregivers, Food Outreach hosts a Monday Hot Lunch program in its dining room. Guest chefs from the area or Food Outreach's own resident chef prepare the weekly three-course meal, and clients who attend enjoy restaurant style dining, complete with china, silverware, and linens. The nutritious meal changes every week, and an average of more than 100 clients attend each Monday Hot Lunch.

The lens charmers at Arteaga Photos capture aerial images and upkeep an archive of more than 1,000 stock photographs that elucidate the history of St. Louis. Original shots by the company's founder Bob Arteaga include images of aviator Charles Lindbergh, famed crooner Frank Sinatra, Cardinals' hall-of-famer Stan Musial, and paparazzi-style shots of the Gateway Arch putting on its mascara. Arteaga's historical photo catalog features many iconic structures and figures, complemented by the photographer's perspective, which re-enlivens subjects using original angles. With each 16"x20" print, customers can display city pride in their homes or send a long-winded postcard to a loved one.
VIPink assembles an evening of art, lively libations, and quiet bidding to benefit Bright Pink, a nonprofit organization focused on the prevention and early detection of breast and ovarian cancer in young women. Sip on complimentary cocktails and peruse retina-regaling work from local artists, mingling with other attendees or cheering on the Cardinals at the select TVs broadcasting the World Series. Hors d’oeuvres accompany drinks, as well as prevent stomachs from committing the egregious faux pas of calling out during the silent auction.
