Although Mikki Campbell has been a personal trainer since 1994, he was unhealthy much more recently. After an injury in 2007, Campbell gained a significant amount of weight while suffering from depression. He was, however, able to recover. He lost 126 pounds within a year and began living a healthier, happier lifestyle. He founded Get Right Personal Training to help others do the same. His team of knowledgeable, passionate trainers also draws on personal experiences and expertise to motivate clients. The team helps students build functional strength and burn excess fat through individually tailored regimens of cardio and weight training and nutritional guidance, allowing them to meet, and even surpass, their personal fitness goals.
