RIDE Cycle Studio is designed with one purpose in mind: to inspire in fitness enthusiasts of all stripes a passion for cycling, no matter the weather. To that end, the fitness boutique schedules a surprisingly wide range of classes. There's the basic Ride On class, which challenges students with a series of sprints, hills, intervals, and jumps, and the more intense tabata ride that incorporates interval training. The In the Mix classes ramp up the excitement with live performances by local and national DJs, and end with an invitation to have a beer with your classmates. And then there's the outliers. Bar to Barre combines the cardio workout of a cycle session with the strengthening workout of a ballet barre class, and Cyclelates integrates a turn on the Pilates mat. Classes are scheduled every day, and the studio can handle 15 students at a time, or 30 if they are all unicyclists.
