Located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas, the spirit of friendly competition hangs in the air at db's Pong & Pool Hall, which is home to 20,000 square feet of beer-pong tables, foosball machines, and dartboards. The hall welcomes eagle-eyed beer-pong players to compete in cash tournaments and pool players to sink the 8 ball into the corner pocket or a beer glass turned on its side. If their draft beers haven't been spilled on the felt, patrons can sip them while huddling around high-definition TVs to cheer on their teams or sauntering over to the pub's stage to catch a live performance.
Bathed in ruby light from lights hanging overhead, a sushi chef slices salmon, tuna, and yellowtail sashimi behind Lucky Fish's brown lacquered bar. The delicate creations share space on a menu of pan-Asian specialties, including broiled salmon, kalbi short ribs slathered in korean barbecue sauce, and green mussels baked in Lucky Fish's specialty sauce. Guests share their sushi rolls and udon noodles surrounded by walls decorated with schools of fish, a ship's anchor, a DVD of Das Boot, and other nautical accents.
