A typical Eldorado lake bed tour takes customers age six and up speeding through vast, velocity-friendly desert sand atop a trusted all-terrain vehicle. Young riders can thrash land grains on one of the youth ATV models as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Although patrons are granted opportunities to ogle the formerly subaquatic terrain, the tour primarily strives to quench needs for speed with a full two hours of riding time. Tour guides refuel amateur gauchos with included liquid libations.

After every session on the range, refreshments await guests in Green Valley's Cease Fire lounge, a cozy space equipped with a popcorn machine and large-screen television. In fact, that's one several at Green Valley's clubhouse, which sports three more large-screens, plus a 70-inch television for movie nights or sporting events. Elsewhere, visitors can gather in the game room for rounds of billiards, shuffleboard, and pinball. Besides its recreational offerings, Green Valley's monthly classes and events include more gun-focused sessions, such as "target bowling," during which participants fire at rows of bowling pins.
The soaring peaks and red-rock lava flows of the River Mountains. The snaking gravel paths that form a ghostly memorial to a Hoover Dam railroad. The rippling waters of Lake Mead. At All Mountain Cyclery, these local sights headline daylong bike and kayak tours of the wilderness surrounding Boulder City. Located only a 30-minute drive from the famed Las Vegas strip and 10 minutes from Lake Mead, the cyclery rents out Specialized bikes and sells two-wheelers by big other big names, including KHS and Redline. With a fresh set of pedals beneath their feet, cyclists can confidently cruise down the manmade Bootleg Canyon single track. Gravity tows bikes down the steep path at full throttle, leaving riders free to focus on navigating the challenging terrain and throwing their sneakers at distracting birds.
The Wild Thing Triathlon is a little different from your typical three-sport endurance race. For one, it's designed for both and kids to complete. That's why it boasts two courses: a longer one and a scaled-down shorter one accessible to kids age 3 and older. Another creative touch? It progresses backwards?running comes first, followed by biking, then a current-assisted swim in Wet 'n' Wild water park's lazy river.
For an extra dose of kid-friendliness, contestants who prefer not to swim can wade too, although sending a stunt double down the river is not allowed.

Vegas Valley Gymnastics Center hopes to inspire confidence in children as well as adults, helping them hone their gymnastics prowess and mental focus with a variety of classes. Students of all levels?both recreational gymnasts and aspiring competitors?practice their skills at a fully equipped facility with uneven bars, a sprung floor, balance beams, and other apparatus. Students learn basic gymnastic skills that include skills like beam, floor, bars and vault, pommel horse, parallel bars, high bar, floor, and rings. Boys, girls, and tots classes are available.
Beyond gymnastics, the facility's varied schedule features dance lessons, cheer classes, and tumbling classes, which cover the fundamental techniques used in everything from cheerleading to court-jester internships. The center also offers adult fitness sessions, and for the more adventurous, aerial silks classes where students work on graceful, muscle-toning routines while suspended in the air.
