Master falconer and bird-of-prey expert Mike Dupuy shares his love of the 4,000-year-old sport of falconry during exciting and informative demonstrations with his avian costars. A professional public speaker, Mike entertains his audiences with personal anecdotes and motivational speeches that use falconry as a metaphor to encourage them to follow their dreams. Guests also get to learn about each feathered raptor while it surveys the crowd for wild Energizer bunnies, and Mike encourages audience interaction by inviting volunteers from the audience to hold the hawk and try in vain to teach it to bark like a dog.
André Rieu enchants all tastes as he leads his Johann Strauss Orchestra through an evening of virtuosic swooning and dancing in the aisles. A violinist since the age of 5, after a biochemistry degree and two divorces, André radiates his lifelong love of classical music into the audience, tipping the scales of fancy and footloose. Like an omnipotent marionette artist, he maestros both the orchestra and spectators into enticing bouts of ballroom dancing, taking breaks between his Pied Pipering to excitedly play his Stradivarius violin. As Rieu interacts with the audience, the air fills with the kaleidoscopic balloons, lilting tenors and sopranos, and special surprises, which may include a John Philip Sousa séance or a tuba-hole marshmallow toss.

More than five facials help combat dry skin and signs of aging, and chemical peels—including a TCA orange peel—reduce the appearance of sun damage, hyperpigmentation, and the words someone wrote in permanent marker on your forehead at a party eight years ago. DSI MedSpa’s staff is also equipped to perform microderm and ultrasonic facials.
Since 1984, Champps Americana's kitchen has sizzled with made-from-scratch dishes, satiating sports fans and families with a comfortable atmosphere. Amid sunlit dining rooms, diners seated at wooden tabletops can root for their favorite pixels on flat-screen TVs broadcasting live sports. In the kitchen, chefs prepare pastas with grilled chicken and roasted artichokes, pile buns with barbecued pulled pork and spicy buffalo chicken, and fill soft taco shells with grilled steak. Behind the bar, bartenders whip up specialty cocktails and margaritas and fill goblets with wine and local craft beers on tap.
