Total Body Conditioning Fitness Center owner Mark Bodine?s 18-year personal-training career began at another gym, where his sessions became so popular that he eventually landed his own private studio within the gym?s walls. That studio grew into the 24-hour fitness center he operates today. In addition to being the official training destination for the Lakeland Raiders indoor-football team, the staff hosts personal and group training sessions, all of which are accompanied by nutritional coaching that helps clients choose the right foods and avoid eating the meat of nutritionless cookie monsters. Their workouts, including boot camps, make extensive use of the facility?s free weights, strength machines, and treadmills as well as a separate studio stocked with Pilates reformers.
Adults and kids alike can learn the traditional striking techniques of muay thai and the grappling of Brazilian jujitsu from experienced instructors at High Performance MMA. During martial-arts, boxing, and Fighting Fit courses, the studio caters to a wide range of clients, ranging from professional fighters looking to hone their techniques to casual exercisers just aiming to lose weight.
Curves trades in competitive rows of workout equipment for a circle of hydraulic resistance machines designed to work with women's bodies and promote weight loss, protect against osteoporosis, and deal with arthritis. During 30-minute circuit classes, trainees form a convivial circle as they rotate from machine to machine, timed by a soundtrack of fun, upbeat music. Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like-minded moms to share advice, tips and, most importantly, laughter. We get together outside of class for playdates, mom's night out, and other community events throughout the month.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. For baby's safety, we ask that they stay buckled in strollers or worn by mom during the class.

The Gorilla Gauntlet is the type of obstacle course that relishes in defeating the most fit of competitors. Thirty two obstacles adorn the course, forcing racers to climb 8-foot-tall walls, swing on monkey bars, and flip heavy tires to reach the finish line. Guests have two tries for each obstacle, and earn a 10 burpee penalty for each incomplete feature. And the course is completely dry, meaning no mud, water, or personal rain clouds to cool down guests or long distances between obstacles to rest up.
