Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Our mission is to help you make strides in fitness, motherhood and life. In just one hour, you will get a full body workout leaving you ready and energized for what the day brings. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.
We also offer playdates, mom's night out, and other community events throughout the month with our Free Mom's Club.
We are more than a workout club, we are a community of moms building our strength together.
What is the biggest mistake you see people make when trying to get fit on their own?
That they are trying to do it alone.
Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like-minded moms to share advice, tips and, most importantly, laughter. We get together outside of class for playdates, mom's night out, and other community events throughout the month.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. For baby's safety, we ask that they stay buckled in strollers or worn by mom during the class.
