Each VIP Host is trained to deal with any issues that may occur on the tour from drunk guests to venues being over crowded when we arrive. They take the initiative to solve these issues on the spot to make the tour most enjoyable.
What is the experience customers can expect, and how do you make it special?
If the guests are celebrating an event being a birthday, bachelor/bachelorette party, corporate function, convention etc, our hosts inform the club to give them special shoutouts from the DJ. We also cater to those guests to ensure they and their group are extremely happy.
Have you ever been a patron of your own business? If so, what was the most enjoyable part?
Yes of course. Myself as well as all employees go on "dry runs" to ensure we enjoy the tours so our guests will too. The discounted drinks throughout the night saves over $200 a night.
