Since 1983, My Gym Children's Fitness Center has blossomed into more than 200 locations spanning 25 countries, striving to foster children’s cognitive, emotional, and physical development in a structured, safe environment. Guided by founder Randy Bertisch’s vision, teams of motivating and energetic instructors weaves music, dance, and gymnastics into classes that boost little one’s self-esteem and creativity at each location. During martial-arts and gym classes, which are divided by age, kids pump up their muscles and coordination skills, preparing them for a future of battling dragons. The open-play sessions welcome kids to caper about the vibrant facility’s play equipment, interact with toys and games, and plunge into bottomless ball pits. Both the classes and open-play sessions cater to kids 6 weeks–13 years old.
A trio of Inside Out Studios inspires balance and tones muscles with gentle, dance-inspired, and weighted workouts overseen by a ladies’ only staff in open, air-conditioned spaces. Pilates practitioners unite quick, rigorous movements with deep, controlled breathing to fortify the core and lengthen the frame. Similarly, barre fitness wields a traditional ballet mainstay as a crutch for moves that challenge both the inexperienced dancer and the retired jewelry-box performer. In TRX suspension training, students employ dangling straps to build strength with body-resistance exercises, boost flexibility, and chisel the core. High-intensity kettlebell classes coalesce cardio, balance, and toning with handled weights that exercisers hold during squats, spins, and triple-axel jumps. Hard Exercise Works helps clients improve their physical health with intense total-body workout regimens for all fitness levels and sage nutrition advice within a supportive fitness community. Dedicated coaches push attendees to reach their goals in classes that accommodate up to 50 students, ensuring pupils' safety by demonstrating proper technique. Each workout consists of an ever-changing sequence of intense exercises, intended to improve strength and stamina over a five-week period. In addition to a vigorous fitness regimen, the gym's nutrition philosophy promotes well-being outside of class sessions by either prescribing a five-week diet for students or teaching them how to photosynthesize their own food.

Native Yoga Center's founders, Todd and Tamara McLaughlin, have shown young yogis how to reap the benefits of bending and balancing in four countries: the United States, Australia, Thailand, and India. Their diverse international experiences inform each of the studio's challenging classes, which are scheduled every day of the week, except for days of the new moon or full moon or when the moon has to stay home and wait for the Internet guy. Stretchers of any skill level can attend 60-minute Vinyasa sessions, which highlight gentle movements, meditative breathing, and proper alignment, or 90-minute Ashtanga classes, which aim to increase muscular strength and balance. Native yoga classes take place in a warmed room to promote greater focus, encourage detoxification through sweating, and help students locate the frozen-fish-stick burglar based on escalating aromatics.
