Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain?? Why or why not?
Yes, for the most part. We want to challenge our clients to broaden their horizons, expand their way of thinking and take new risks, all in a safe, quality-controlled, and supportive environment.
Sweating to the oldies is acceptable, but sweating to the blues less so. Do you find that certain styles and genres of music generate more intense workouts?
We sure do. We play all types of styles and genres of music, but mainly hip-hop, R&B, reggaeton, Latin, EDM/techno, country, and some Top 40.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
So Fly Fitness is for everyone and anyone. Our clients are various ages, shapes, and sizes all coming together in a friendly, drama-free environment. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and each and every story is inspiring. We all earned our bodies and so can you!
It's a community hotspot highlighted by a particularly cool spot: a renovated, indoor lap pool. This temperature-controlled oasis is the crown jewel of Randolph Recreation, whose facilities emphasize its surname. Visitors can swim, take a fencing lesson, or play a friendly game of basketball without sneaking onto their neighbor's driveway in the middle of the night. On top of these before- and after-school activities, the center fosters liveliness during the summer via day camp and day trips, which include excursions to Lobster Fest and Martha's Vineyard.
The gleam of painted flames, roar of engines, and glow of underbody neon lights are among the sights and sounds that greet attendees at the Import Evolution Car Show. A fleet of more than 200 autos includes domestic and foreign makes, classics, and cars customized with rims and modified sound systems rather than cross-stitched license plates. Between 5,000 and 10,000 spectators wander among the candy-colored machines representing more than 75 of the industry’s top brands and through vendor exhibits displaying apparel and collectibles. Live entertainment adds to the festive atmosphere as guests learn about automotive culture. At the climax of the show, awards honor the most impressive make-specific and VIP class vehicles, motorcycles, and autos grouped into specialty categories such as Class Clown and Best Muscle Car.
Located inside Randolph High School, Randolph Community Pool is an aquatic haven that hosts lap swimmers, swim meets, and classes for children and adults. Water-aerobics classes burn calories while removing the intense joint impacts that can make regular cardiovascular exercise uncomfortable. The pool's lifeguards man its white, wooden guard towers, watching over swimmers below and keeping an eye out for invading British redcoats.
