For more than 30 years, Cousins Paintball has been at the forefront of the paintball industry, equipping hundreds of thousands of players for battle. There are certain golf shots that are best perfected away from the pressure-packed corridors of an actual golf course, and Manchester Family Golf Center maintains facilities to streamline off-course improvements. Along its driving range's 72 hitting stations, golfers practice their swings day and night to hit the balls farther and straighter with any clubs found in their bags or a museum's caveman exhibit. A waterfall emits calming vibes on the 18-hole miniature-golf course as players calibrate their putting strokes for the fast surface and topsy-turvy breaks. The center also boasts an indoor golf simulator, where golfers can play one of 15 digital golf courses in any weather condition. In addition, the center offers the services of PGA-certified pros who eagerly dispense advice on all facets of the golf game, including course management and scoring strategies.
Winner of more than 100 mixed-martial-arts competitions, Tiger Schulmann shares his pride and love for fighting and self-defense with both adults and children in gyms across five states. From first-time grapplers to expert muay thai fighters, students of all fitness and experience levels are welcome to dive into a class at Schulmann’s. At more than 47 locations, adults can take classes in kickboxing, MMA, and jujitsu—the last of which instills students with the skill and confidence to take down opponents of any size, strength, or telekinetic ability. Kids, meanwhile, can learn martial arts for fun, or gain useful experience in bully prevention; the kids’ classes help victims immediately identify and safely diffuse situations when pitted against an aggressor.
Insectropolis transports humans to a bug-themed city populated with thousands of creepers and crawlers. Insect enthusiasts enjoy unlimited admission to more than a dozen educational exhibits, which include a crash course in bug basics and interactive games that help museum-goers to develop a newfound appreciation for purported pests. Observe arachnid sewing circles or watch ants forage for food and build tunnels that spell out the answers to tomorrow's crossword puzzle. Bug-touching presentations (12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. Monday–Friday, and throughout the day on Saturdays) are one of the bugseum’s most popular activities and encourage guests to overcome unfounded fears by touching a live millipede, stroking a scorpion, or caressing a cockroach while expanding insectile awareness. Periodically, Insectropolis also holds a variety of fundraisers and themed events, such as bug hunts and cockroach races (some events may require guests to pay an additional fee to gain entry).

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Exercising alone takes a lot of self-discipline. Although it is done, there is that fraction of people who need motivation. One-on-one training with a certified personal trainer can certainly give you that extra push to obtain your body goals. And, if that doesn't suit you, then group training with a friend or aerobics classes can motivate a client. It's social, fun, and a great workout.
What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
A person who hired a personal trainer for one year told us he went through a divorce, let alcohol consume him, gained excessive weight, and suffered depression. He knew it was time for a change, so he took the initiative to join the gym and hire a personal trainer. He not only lost 55 pounds, but also rejuvenated his spirit. We were very very proud of his transformation.
