Twenty-one-thousand square feet of field turf covers Sports Zone. That gives the indoor facility's experienced team of instructors plenty of space to teach soccer, lacrosse, baseball, and other popular field sports. In addition to instructional clinics and camps, the sports complex hosts youth and adult recreational leagues as well as specialty events such as World Cup viewing parties. And for big days, Sports Zone offers birthday-party packages that include a choice of sports to play and add-ons such as human-sized hamster balls.
Each year, the coaches from Kiddie Soccer introduce thousands of children between the ages of 3.5 and 6 to the most popular team sport in the world—soccer—through safe, fun classes in a constructive environment. For the first 50 minutes of each session, groups of up to 12 kids engage in team-building games such as Red Light Green Light or Sharks and Minnows to build physical and cooperative skills and, above all, have fun. Kids then split off into teams for a 10-minute friendly competition, enjoying themselves while learning teamwork under the coach's watchful, supportive eye.
ZonePlay Sports allows athletes of all skill levels to experience the exercise, socialization, and friendly competition of organized sports during it's various coed and men's leagues, which include flag football, basketball, bowling, and dodgeball. Games are held at several South Jersey locations, and ZonePlay's league coordinators equip players with team shirts and all the necessary equipment. Throughout each season, participants can keep track of scores online, or promise to buy kids a pony if they write down the stats on a piece of paper. Teams that win in the playoffs typically earn championship shirts and a team trophy.

They organize both clinics and camps for children that focus on everything from ball handling and breakaways to general fitness and footwork.
Lissette Brandao has a wealth of national and international experience, including spending her college career at Rutgers, playing semi-professionally in the US, and playing internationally for the Portuguese Women's National Team. But she doesn't keep everything she's learned to herself. Instead, she teaches youngsters and high-schoolers the world's game, from basics to advanced, through team training, camps, and private lessons. To ensure she delivers the highest possible quality to the youth she teaches, she has certifications from organizations such as the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and the US Soccer Federation.
There's room for all types of workouts in Nexxt Level Sports' 22,000-square-foot, climate-controlled facility. Basketball players can hone their technique on two NBA-length hardwood courts, and baseball players can perfect their swings in 70-foot batting cages instead of going to an orchard and waiting for regulation-sized apples to fall. In group-training classes, meanwhile, gym patrons can focus on strength or build endurance with varied circuit workouts, including strength and resistance training. For a more private workout, personal trainers also lead one-on-one sessions, tailoring their exercises to the clients' fitness goals.
