In addition to entertaining ears with live music, Cellar Brewing Company's dedicated staff fills glasses with libations fresh from its microbrewery, winery, and artisan distillery. The restaurant's plush, leather sofas sit beneath its rust-hued ceiling, and at a blond-wood bar, bartenders serve house brews and signature cocktails, mixed with their top-shelf liquors. A glass of stout awakens taste buds craving a darker brew, and the cellar's servers pluck bottles of Michigan Apple Delight wine directly from in-house wine trees.

Located inside a brick-hewn building reminiscent of a grand castle, the Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery recounts the history of the company’s former brewery, which dates back to 1844. Visitors tour Pabst’s corporate offices, take photos with a statue of Captain Frederick Pabst, and drink tall pints of the brewery’s concoctions. The gift shop stocks vintage Pabst memorabilia, including steins, shirts, and artwork. Best Place’s halls and courtyards can also be rented for banquets, weddings, and other events.

Nestled along the eastern shore of Lake Michigan, Fenn Valley Vineyards & Wine Cellar capitalizes on the water's air-warming capabilities, growing tender grapes and crafting them into award-winning wines. Their 20th annual Wine Festival takes place on the winery's expansive lawn under a 4,000-square-foot tent pitched for the occasion. Revelers deepen the connection between their ears, noses, and throats with classic rock courtesy of The Trace, traditional Mexican fare and barbecue chicken and ribs, and a palate-wowing library of wines. Guests equipped with a souvenir glass can catch a ride on a People Hauler and move between three tasting stations set up throughout the vineyard, choosing between multiple small tastes or one full glass of a Fenn Valley oeno-explosion. Reds include the delicately fruity capriccio and the more robust merlot, while whites delight with an apple-kissed riesling and an ice wine sweeter than a pineapple Gummi Bear hitting a half-court buzzer beater.

Our Brewing Company, a craft brewery in downtown Holland, has a hip vibe that harks back to the prohibition-era. Since their opening less than a year ago, some of their brews, such as their gunpowder-laced Pirate Stout and a series of intense IPAs, have made quite an impact on the local beer scene. By sourcing their ingredients locally, they are committed to making delicious beer.

When founder Barry Johnson first started brewing back in 2004, he used a small 3.5-barrel brewing system. Since then, brewing has increased five-fold to keep up with demand, and the microbrewery is now located in an expansive 25,000-square-foot facility. The new space also accommodates a banquet facility and a restaurant, named the Lucky Stone Pub. There, customers can chow on pub-friendly grub, and wash it down with one of the constantly updated beers on tap, which can be enjoyed in tasting glasses, pints, or pitchers, or even go home in a growler.
