The "secret" in Bacchus' Secret Cellar is gas. Argon gas, to be exact, which powers the bar's preservation system and ensures that the wines within stay fresh for long periods of time. There are about 50 wines—mostly reds—on tap at the counter, as well as 8 sparkling wines, 5 dessert wines, and 12 microbrews. The library of options encourages guests to sample several, so it's wise to order a flight: you can get a signature array of 2.5-ounce glasses, or you can compose your own for a unique harmony of tastes.

Additionally, Oggi’s brews its own beer, serving libations as fresh as laps from the vat and winning the title of Champion Small Brewing Company at the World Beer Cup in 2004. Named in homage to Riverside, California's turn-of-the-century citrus packinghouses, this microbrewery handcrafts four year-round beers. The easy-drinking Bell Tower Blonde pairs perfectly with a summer day. The Heritage Pale Ale and the Riley's Red Ale round out the year-round offerings. Besides the core four, the brewery creates an ever-expanding series of IPAs, as well as several specialty and seasonal libations. Inside Packinghouse's tasting room, bartenders pour pints of each day's available brews, which are also available to take home by the bottle and growler.
Inland Empire Brewing Company formed in 2007 when three good friends?all home brewers at the time?happened upon a deal for used brewing equipment. Not willing to let the chance pass, they decided to seize the opportunity, and two years later, officially opened their doors for business. Today, the Inland Empire Brewing Company supplies suds at more than 40 locations. Its Victoria American strong ale?named after the avenue where its hand-zested oranges reside in Riverside?has garnered award-winning attention.
Beer is everywhere within Wicks Brewing Company. Barrels of the brewery's own craft creations greet customers alongside rotating taps from other local craft breweries. Six Brew on Premise stations let visitors create their own beers or soft drinks using supplied recipes or something out of the imagination. Aside from beer, Wicks Brewing houses a fully fledged restaurant, which also serves homemade root-beer on tap.
