Power Fitness is a full-service fitness center dedicated to helping its clients get into the best shape of their lives. At the spacious studio, multiples of every cardio machine help cut down on wait times and group classes and strength training equipment give clients all the calorie-burning tools they need. After spending nearly 15 years experimenting with fad diets and ineffective workouts, James and Stephanie Cuilty found a program to which they could commit. The nationally certified personal trainers now lead the 45-minute classes at Warrior Fit Club, encouraging guests of all ages and builds to conquer a diverse palette of exercises. Five days a week, they gather campers indoors for an ever-changing, customized medley of cardio, resistance, and abdominal-tightening maneuvers. They motivate groups with supportive mantras and dispense basic nutrition tips, such as “Don’t eat that Necronomicon,” to instill healthy habits for life.
Certified trainer Johnny at JBoFitness knows teamwork is integral to achieving fitness goals, but so is individualized attention. That’s why he combines the two during group boot-camp classes that feature intense exercises such as weightlifting, sprints, and even tractor-tire flipping. To meet everyone’s fitness needs, he also offers the Latin-dance-inspired Zumba, as well as fat-burning TurboKick that incinerates up to 1,000 calories per session.

Goals are customized to each member after an overall fitness assessment that measures BMI, body-fat composition, and weight before training begins. Orlando Fit Body Bootcamp's trainers, Kerry Girona and Andrea Laing, both discovered a passion for sports at a young age and translated their hobbies into careers as fitness coaches fueled by the international Fit Body Bootcamp phenomenon. Each 30-minute boot-camp session coalesces cardio, resistance, core, and flexibility moves that together conduct the kinesthetic symphony of the entire body. Kerry and Andrea design a new workout for each class, detouring muscles away from the plateaus that often come with traditional workouts or glacial hiking trips to Antarctica. Workouts convene indoors, where fit-centric accouterments such as suspension trainers and battling ropes intensify workouts, and cushy foam floors keep joints happy and mute.
Along with classes, boot campers better bods with meal plans that can hasten exercise results by promoting internal fettle or by blueprinting a coup to unseat the Twinkie that controls the brain's cravings.
