Fit Body Boot Camp instructors guide clients toward their fitness and weight-loss goals at locations throughout the world. They lead group workouts that integrate cardio exercise with resistance training and weight training, keeping sessions varied in order to avoid disheartening plateaus. Nutritional guidance supplements tailored fitness programs to ensure that clients are properly fueled to lose, gain, or maintain their weight.
ML Strength's coaches train their clients like professional athletes, from their first-time assessments on through their customized programs. They put a lot of stock in their comprehensive assessments, which do more than test for numbers such as body weight and composition. They also examine physical performance in certain categories, such as the length of time you can stand on one leg, and how long it takes the person whose leg you're standing on to complain. After developing a thorough profile of a client's abilities and goals, the trainers set to work developing a customized regimen to transform the body, only one part of which is exercise. They also draw on physical therapy, massage techniques, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle coaching to help their customers reach their objectives.
Lovingood Fitness Lounge & Spa brings wellness to not only the individual, but also to the “family, community, and corporate world.” Along with wellness coaching and nutrition programs, the center also hosts group fitness classes that range from yoga to Latin-dance-inspired Zumba classes. Lovingwood’s services extend beyond the office; the center also educates clients at workshops and wellness clubs to provide take-home information that can be applied throughout day-to-day life.
With an arsenal of treadmills and weight-training equipment at their disposal, the personal trainers and fitness instructors at Gym 33 help clients reach their personal fitness goals. Fit Body Boot Camp's instructors all over the world share a common goal: to help clients hit their fitness and weight-loss goals with regimented training programs. Trainers lead group workouts that combine cardio with resistance exercises, strength training, and light alligator wrestling. They design the workouts to be as time-effective as possible and vary the routines constantly to avoid workout plateaus that can leave clients feeling uninspired. Trainers empower their students with healthy eating guidelines to keep motivation high outside of class.
During one-on-one sessions, certified personal trainers plan out tailored fitness programs, which clients can take with them to Fit Body Boot Camp’s gyms to continue shaping up on their own.
As the name suggests, Dany Holdstein’s Two Worlds Dance & Fitness unites instructors from the realms of dance and exercise to help students meet their health goals. Before founding the studio, Holdstein studied with dance icons Martha Graham and Pearl Lang, taught master classes internationally, and served as an adjunct professor at C.W. Post College. He requires his dance instructors' credentials be no less impressive. Dance teachers include Andre Kisselev, a classically trained ballet dancer who has high-stepped it with Riverdance, and Lancelot Theobald, a former professional football player who has performed at the Metropolitan Opera and developed choreography for the Knicks City Dancers. Theobald's Momz-N-Da-Hood group—a breakdancing crew of mothers over 40—is a spinoff of one of his hip-hop exercise classes, and, as noted by the Long Island Press, has appeared on Good Morning America.
As the artistic director of an eponymous contemporary dance company, Holdstein has equipped his dance and workout studios with the same floating floors and Marley coverings found in professional facilities. The center's walls resound with music from spinning, Zumba, and belly-dancing classes as certified personal trainers help guests navigate the weights and cardio equipment in the gym area. The instructors also lead classes for children and teens, including Broadway-style theater-dance sessions and pointe classes that give kids the ability to overcome roller-coaster height requirements.
