The center offers a wide variety of martial arts, dance, fitness, and music programs for youth and adults in an effort to establish a healthy and safe space for the community. Like a fight with the cast of a variety show, capoeira classes combine martial artistry, dance, and acrobatics, fusing them into a stylized Afro-Brazilian art form.
