Distinguished by belt levels that range from red to a fifth-degree black belt, instructors at Indiana's Premier Family Center lead students of all ages through karate classes. The classes focus on a balance of common sense, self-defense, and fitness, helping students get into shape while learning basic maneuvers.
We provide Martial arts to ages 3 to 70. We concentrate not only on self defense, but on important life changing skills like self discipline, respect, goal setting, giving back to the community. Our classes our structured in a way that we promote fun while learning. We also have great cardio kickboxing classes as well.
The inspiring trainers at each MetaBody location lead troops of workouteers in results-oriented workouts several times weekly. Sweat sessions utilize a variety of exercises and disciplines to produce full-body results in a supportive environment, ideal for beginners and hard-core core-hardeners alike. During any class, motivational instructors will use the instinctual distrust of routine to their advantage. Begin a day of litigating with a refreshing early-morning boot-camp session, or wind down by burning evidence and pounds with a late-evening yoga class. Muscles are kept guessing with new and challenging moves during each session, so participants never fall into a boring, ineffective routine, such as regular teeth brushing. In addition to the fitness classes, students receive a success guide to help prepare for imminent pound loss, a nutrition guide, and a $100 gift certificate for individual coaching. Because the pass sets a 10-class cap at any given location, roving fitness mavens can further shake up their workout regimens by vetting a series of classes or instructors that work best for them.
To keep fitness classes accessible to everyone, the team of instructors at Move fitness isn’t bound to a single gym; rather, it's mobile—instructors hold classes in churches, public spaces, or even customers’ homes. The team’s repertoire includes Zumba, boot camp, and kickboxing—held in group sessions in and around Indianapolis—as well as one-on-one personal training.
Family owned and operated since 1977, the expert instructors at Adamson's Karate Studios help students from preschool to adulthood build discipline, confidence, and athleticism using the art of karate. At eight locations, instructors guide students through a series of kicks and punches as they improve their fitness, confidence, discipline, and ability to chop stacks of boring homework in half.
