Within the 8,000-square-foot Redline Athletics Lake Forest facility, instructors lead athletes of all levels through sport-specific training. Redline Athletics coaches have a lot of experience in a variety of sports—some were professional baseball players, some were standout college athletes, and one was a strength and conditioning coach for the New York Mets. The Lake Forest location has Erin and Cory Yoder, who played college volleyball at USC and UC Irvine. In addition to training athletes, they offer generalized classes in strength, agility, and endurance.
A sprawling multisport facility, Next Level Sports Complex welcomes athletes from all walks to train, join youth and adult leagues, or enroll in athletic clinics and camps. The complex contains 11 basketball courts, 14 volleyball courts, and 4 turf fields for soccer and other sports. When they're not participating in open-gym and league games, athletes can take advantage of the weight-training facilities or various fitness courses.

Hoops on Fire Athletics specializes in practical drills designed to elevate players' skills on the basketball court. Whether leading private, group, or team lessons, the instructors help improve players' vertical jump, agility, and footwork through techniques such as plyometrics, kettlebell training, and basketball-specific speed drills. In basketball lessons or clinics for volleyball and other sports, participants learn skills specifically for use in-game, rather than practicing generalized workouts.
The team of trainers at UPEC Fitness includes a former USC defensive back, the daughter of a Mr. California titleholder, and a high school athletics coach whose students have earned scholarships to prestigious institutions such as UCLA. Armed with diverse backgrounds and knowledge, they lead their students through a broad spectrum of programs ranging from personal training and boot camps to Zumba, aerobics classes, and sport-specific training for football, golf, volleyball, basketball, martial arts, and more.
