Pricila Hidalgo-Liranzo began training for her career as a Zumba instructor virtually as soon as she could walk. She spent her whole life moving to the rhythms of Latin music, and found her passion in Zumba’s mix of international beats and cardio exercise. She helps students discover the same joy at Feel Good, Look Great. Pricila teaches one-hour classes either in classic total-cardio Zumba or Zumba Toning, the latter of which helps students tone muscle without having to do wind sprints in a soaking-wet gorilla costume.
CrossFit PF is a spacious fitness center designed to help busy clients reach their maximum fitness potential in a minimum of time. Offering a large strength training room, cardio machines, group fitness classes in private rooms, and personal training, this gym has everything its members need to burn fat and build muscle efficiently. With childcare available onsite, experienced trainers, and plenty of duplicate equipment to reduce machine waiting time, clients will find help along their fitness journey.

At Limitless Fitness Studios, the motto is ?live without limits,? but in order to do this, each athlete must follow the Limitless Code. Steeped in support and encouragement, the code includes tenets such as ?never compromise form for speed,? ?go hard or go home,? and even permits a little swearing as long as clients resolve to never quit. Clients employ the code during daily classes, which range from TRX suspension training and boot camp to Zumba, power yoga, and indoor cycling. Instructors also helm kickboxing classes, kettlebell training, BootyCamp, and classes that focus specifically on building a strong core.
