An experienced trainer is always nearby to help manage your machine maneuvering and your muscle making. Instead of fiddling with weight stacks and losing your momentum, the hydraulic machines use your body weight and fitness level to create resistance that matches your abilities, decreasing the risk of soreness or injury. Because traditional lift-and-lower motions create bulky muscles, each machine uses push-and-pull motions to create toned, lean muscles perfect for crushing a grapefruit without looking like you can.

During Paint-A-Long sessions, she leads budding artists through the brushwork of a single painting, helping students pick up sound technique without worrying about inventing a subject or baiting a muse. Her original designs range from modified classics—such as the sky in Van Gogh’s Starry Night transposed over a local skyline—to classic floral still lifes.
The Pink House's stimulating Kindermusik lessons help pint-sized Puccinis tap into their innate musicality while strengthening intellectual, emotional, and social development. Classes are available for youngsters aged 0–6, with the exception of piano lessons, which are also open to adults. Five options are available:
ABC Bartending School invites budding cocktail chemists to gain hands-on experience, mixing, stirring, and shaking under the tutelage of seasoned industry experts. During the four-hour mixology workshop, guests learn the basics of alcoholic alchemy, blending liquors and mixers into sippable sensations. Workshops are divided into five sections, training amateur aperitif-crafters in the science of mixing, the components of liquors, equipment and bar setup, and how to pick the freshest garnishes from behind-the-bar garnish trees. All course completers enjoy access to a Cheers dimension that currently, due to spatial fluctuations, contains only Cliff Clavins.
Drake Fitness provides personal training and nutritional consultations in a welcoming environment. The staff meet one on one with clients to give each muscle group and fitness goal a viable
opportunity to excel. During the fifth training session, a dietician provides a thorough nutrition consultation in order to help unwary diners wield silverware in the healthiest way possible. Each five-session program is an itinerary leading to lands of increased energy, improved physical appearance, and an abundant harvest of self-confidence. Muscle groups band together in the face of exercise and trainer-based encouragement. Sessions can incorporate any of the equipment available at Drake's, including dead lifting free weights or hurling kettle bells. Train to float like a butterfly with training rope and boxing equipment, or to escape quickly from bee-sting danger on the stationary bikes or step mills.
