Internationally recognized for the belly-dancing skills showcased in her DVDs, Bahaia leads women of all sizes through this low-impact workout that trims waistlines without corset implantation. Each one-hour beginner’s or intermediate/advanced class breaks down torso-undulating technique step by step, allowing students to master the motions while focusing on proper posture and form. Dancers then weave together a string of graceful motions to create a fun, core-strengthening workout that flaunts femininity like an "It's a girl!" bassinet decal. Weekly classes take place either at Arthur Murray Dance Studio or Flamencura Music and Dance Studio. Bollywood refers to the Hindi-language film industry centered in Mumbai, and with it the iconic songs and dances that enliven the globally popular films. Each class introduces students to the fundamental elements of Bollywood dance, which was modeled on classic Indian dance styles but has grown and changed over the years into its own art form. By the end of your four classes, you're not likely to get cast opposite Shahrukh Khan in a prominent film, but you will have a grasp of the basic moves needed to progress in Bollywood dance. In addition, the exuberant dancing style provides a full-body workout in a non-competitive, joyous environment.
Although Stewart Yaros has performed with numerous elite companies, including the Boston Ballet and the Basel Ballet in Switzerland, his true passion is teaching dance. Teaching allowed the University of Massachusetts and Martha Mahr School of Ballet alumnus to combine his finely honed dance expertise and his zeal for communicating with others via the "common language" of dance in particular and the arts in general.

In 1976, educator, musician, and kinesiologist Robin Wes longed for a children's gym that prioritized personal growth over competition. Unveiled at a time when physical-education classes pushed students to focus almost exclusively on winning, Robin's program was swiftly adopted and is now used in more than 300 Little Gyms worldwide. Robin still pens original music to accompany lessons, which engage whippersnappers 4 months old to 12 years old with gymnastics, dance, karate, and parent and child activities. Each of The Little Gym's classes introduces simple movements that sharpen motor skills and set brains whirring, allowing kids to progress at their own pace until they can finally build a computer out of macaroni and glitter.
