Willard Pal?s coaches, all active or retired law-enforcement officials, are dedicated to helping students find their inner warriors through a boxing club that outfits kids and adults with gloves and techniques for the perfect right hook, Jiu Jitsu classes, and an antibullying program teaches kids self-defense skills. The coaches also offer free training for firefighters and police officers who sign up to participate in the gym?s charity boxing event.
