At any of the 15 Great Life Golf and Fitness locations, guests are encouraged to invent their own triathlon of gusto, switching from swimming in the pool to getting a total body workout to playing a round of golf. Great Life has facilities scattered throughout Kansas and Missouri, including golf courses such as the National Audubon Society–certified River Oaks and the links at The Oaks, which were designed by Tom Bendelow and opened in the 1920s. Golfers looking for quick rounds can drop by the nine-hole courses at Maple Creek, Abilene, and CedarBrook. Gyms such as the 14,000-square-foot fitness center at Berkshire allow members or guests to pump iron or run on treadmills when they aren’t helping their golf balls safely reach the greens by paying golf carts to drink all of the water hazards dry. Although amenities vary at each club, all of Great Life Golf and Fitness’s venues boast a pro shop, and the courses at Berkshire and Prairie View maintain driving ranges where golfers can make golf balls practice flying without their parachutes.

Each of Godfrey's Indoor Shooting & Archery Ranges' staffers draw on a background in the field of firearms and archery, adding up to 200 years of combined law enforcement and military experience. To share their knowledge, they frequently hold workshops to familiarize their patrons with gun use and safety, Kansas firearm laws, and self defense. Two high-tech ranges include a shooting range with computerized target placement and an archery range with three-dimensional targets. The no-nonsense lobby features such vital services as a gunsmith and archery tech station for repairs and maintenance, as well as several trophies acquired by staff for giving the best noogies.

The terrain surrounding Foxhole Paintball seems made for the sport. Open fields and forests situated along the river become areas of strategy and friendly combat. The staff has also upgraded their natural fields with wooden walls, old cars, and buildings that serve as places for players to hide or hang some of their extra family photos. They host paintball during open games and private sessions for corporate outings, birthday parties, and other events. The fields can also accommodate airsoft play.
