The swinging Zumba classes provide fat cells with Latin background tunes as they are danced into oblivion, and the men's conditioning class allows men and their hairy-chested mats to reap the benefits of Pilates in a testosterone-rich environment. The staff's six highly trained instructors provide the guidance needed to renovate soul digs from a tackily wallpapered waiting room to a suavely painted sanctuary. Both morning and evening classes are available, providing multiple opportunities to get the energized feeling only exercise and jet-powered clogs can provide. All mats and other equipment are provided, but reservations are required as class size is limited to 12–15 people.
