When and how did you first develop a passion for your work?
As a boxing trainer, I saw so many individuals who wanted desperately to obtain the benefits from a boxing/kickboxing workout, but had that look in their eyes when they saw the facility. [They] loved the equipment, but were anxious about working out with boxers?not really knowing what to do and how to do it, as boxing is not a structured workout. Did I mention the contact that goes along with boxing?getting hit? With this in mind, I looked for models that would be enticing to this demographic and allow everyone to enjoy the unbelievable benefits of boxing: learning real self-defense [skills]\ while shedding pounds, toning muscles, and building functional strength and agility.
What special training do you or your staff have?
We have a background in boxing and Golden Glove fighters and trainers. In boxing, it's not just learning the skills, but learning how to obtain peak conditioning and strength for a real-life battle.
What is the experience customers can expect, and how do you make it special?
You can expect to have fun and and learn a skill. The atmosphere is welcoming and the people are energetic. Weight-loss, strength, agility, and cardio are just the side effects from learning. That leads to a fun workout.

The meat-free eats range from a black-bean burger topped with spinach, guacamole, and tomato slices to bowls of hearty vegan chili. Webb experiments with raw plates, too, such as a ginger-infused cabbage slaw. Funky juices wash down meals, including the sunset-hued blend of orange, carrot, and sweet-potato juices.
