TransforME assists burgeoning body sculptors in obtaining or maintaining their ideal physique and fitness level with calorie-busting classes and motivational support. The Body by Frances indoor boot-camp classes keep clients energized and entertained with up to three classes per week, combining intensive training techniques with nutritional coaching to bolster individuals' endurance, muscular strength, and resistance to sweet-talking cakes. Though each day utilizes a different workout regime, classes typically feature calisthenics, agility and power drills, static and rhythmic stretching, and resistance training. Each boot-camp classmate receives before and after body measurements, body-fat testing, and informative daily motivational emails to help them stay on task and achieve long-term goals.

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We have a great community at CrossFit Galveston, and a big part of it is the people that you meet, the accountability partners, and the coaches [who] stay on top of attendance. We reach out to our members if they haven't been to class to see why they have not been attending class. We also have a different workout each day, so you don't get bored of the same old fitness routine.
Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain”? Why or why not?
To get results, you are going to have to put in the work. Our workouts are high intensity but each person is different and we all have limits. We want our members to push themselves, but know their limits and do the best they can. Our workouts are all able to be modified to any fitness level and experience .

We care about our members and want them to succeed and achieve the results they are looking to get. We give nutritional guidance and help our members to live a healthier lifestyle.
