Our physical therapy gyms are designed to allow treatment to focus on functional body movement and mechanics. We use free weights, medicine balls, kettlebells, and other equipment that will maximize an individual's freedom of movement through an exercise, rather than gym equipment.
Our massage rooms are set apart from our physical therapy gyms to minimize noise disruption during massage sessions.
What is one fun, unusual fact about your business?
We started 11 years ago in a garage just doing physical therapy, and have grown into three facilities in San Diego and La Mesa, expanding our services to include massage, personal training, sports-performance training, group classes, and multisport coaching.
