Depending on your playing preference and/or gender, you can mix and match your choice of three fun-infused fitness classes. The Pilates mat class guides students through the fundamentals of Pilates with the use of weights, balls, bands, and more. A seasoned instructor also employs the use of leg and arm springs for maximum mind-body melding. The 50-minute class is open to students of all skill levels, from experienced callisthenic crackerjacks, to klutzes with a surplus of left feet. Femininely focused, the chair-dance class introduces a sultry routine designed to strengthen the bodies and minds of ladies 18 and older. Similarly, the pole-lates class breaks down pole dancing from a Pilates perspective and introduces a cardio routine that ladies 18 and older can take to firefighting college. Both classes run 50 minutes.
