Fit Body Boot Camp's instructors all over the world share a common goal: to help clients hit their fitness and weight-loss goals with regimented training programs. Trainers lead group workouts that combine cardio with resistance exercises, strength training, and light alligator wrestling. They design the workouts to be as time-effective as possible and vary the routines constantly to avoid workout plateaus that can leave clients feeling uninspired. Trainers empower their students with healthy eating guidelines to keep motivation high outside of class.
During one-on-one sessions, certified personal trainers plan out tailored fitness programs, which clients can take with them to Fit Body Boot Camp?s gyms to continue shaping up on their own.
Aesthetic Climbing Gym boasts more than 8,000 square feet of climbing terrain, including an 80-foot long lead wall and a 130-foot long bouldering area. Despite the intimidating structures, the facility's founders?Jeremy Meza, Trevor Arndt, and Dillon Arndt?welcome all experience levels. Seasoned climbers can take a test to become outdoor certified and newcomers can take classes to learn the basics of bouldering, slack lining, and lead climbing. The indoor facility even has a separate area for private parties or attempts to re-create Stonehenge.
Within the 8,000-square-foot Redline Athletics Lake Forest facility, instructors lead athletes of all levels through sport-specific training. Redline Athletics coaches have a lot of experience in a variety of sports—some were professional baseball players, some were standout college athletes, and one was a strength and conditioning coach for the New York Mets. The Lake Forest location has Erin and Cory Yoder, who played college volleyball at USC and UC Irvine. In addition to training athletes, they offer generalized classes in strength, agility, and endurance.
