A New England native, Rick of Yoga With Rick moved to LA to pursue music and acting; he earned his 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification along the way. Though he still loves the arts, Rick’s equally passionate about yoga’s physical and mental benefits. During his Hatha-yoga classes, he blends techniques from styles such as flow, power, and Iyengar yoga to help students strengthen, balance, and tone their bodies while calming their minds.
