All CrossFit exercises, from pull-ups and deadlifts to lunges and burpees, are inspired by everyday tasks such as squatting down to pick up a box of books or sprinting to catch the bus. At Mountain Loop CrossFit, coach Mitch Roehl trains clients to perform these everyday movements safely while improving their overall strength. He's also able to scale the intensity of these fundamental exercises to suit any fitness level.
Coach Mitch hosts CrossFit workouts every day except Sunday. He also leads an on-ramp introductory course for new students, teaching them the basics so that they can segue into group sessions without carrying around a cumbersome glossary. Fellow coach Katie Dixon, meanwhile, is in charge of CrossFit Kids classes, where children can build muscle, endurance, and a sense of teamwork.
