Rosie Hardy, owner and instructor of ShakeItLatinStyle and a lover of dance, started ShakeItLatinStyle Dance and Fitness to not only share her love of dance with others, but also to reveal that dancing isn't just fun?it's good for you, too. Earning "Best of Western Washington" awards in both 2012 and 2013, she designs her Zumba, Shred, and Hot Latin Nights classes herself, using custom choreography combined with her multiple Zumba and fitness certifications to get women moving their feet to upbeat Latin music inside her nightclub style dance studio. Her experienced and diverse staff also coordinate and host a variety of classes that include R.I.P.P.E.D, Yoga Bar Strength, and Hot Hula Sculpt.
Working out turns into a dance party at Holly Hills Zumba, where people burn calories and fat the best way—by dancing. But not to worry, Zumba's fun, easy-to-follow dance moves are easy to master, and it's more about having fun than anything else, as the rhythms are set to high-energy Latin, and international beats. Along with Zumba, the studio offers workouts led by a personal trainer for another fat-burning option.
At Bring It On! Fitness, Zumba is more than a fun workout, it's a lifestyle. They have personally connected with the cardio dance fitness program in a way that helped them to create healthier, happier lifestyles. They share their love for Zumba with others within their large studio space as licensed Zumba instructors lead students of all levels through the high-energy Latin-inspired dance moves.
With two locations, long hours, and a bounty of equipment, Emerald City Athletic Club helps its members get in shape, whatever their workout of choice. Gym floors lined with regiments of Precor and Nautilus machines let members work every muscle in their bodies, and the class studios' high-tech sound systems energize Zumba, salsa dancing, and kickboxing sessions and keep stationary cycles from tearing around the room in loneliness each night. Free weights and intricate weight machines hold down the floor of a spacious weight room, where muscle sculptors work up a sweat before winding down in a dry sauna, Turkish steam bath, and hot tub. At the Everett location, an Olympic-style pool, a basketball court, and racquetball and handball courts offer even more variety.
