Tampa Bay Sporting Clays sits on 250 acres of forest and brush. A trail system connects three sporting-clays courses, each consisting of 8–13 stations that challenge guests of all ages and experience levels. Promatic throwing machines fling clays up into the tree-lined courses, mimicking game flying from the field. A five-stand course and a Super Station with wobble trap give guests more target scenarios, and a team of instructors are onsite to help refine marksmanship.
Two archery courses start with the stationary course set up for crossbow, field-point, and broadhead arrows with 20 targets placed 10–40 yards away. The 3-D course integrates the wooded terrain, giving archers 20 stations. Beyond maintaining the extensive shooting facilities, owners Mike Mezrah and Bill Arthur prize the social aspect of sport shooting. They invite both members and nonmembers to relax at the pavilion.
Mark and Sheryl McEachern, owners of the Woof Gang Bakery location in Lutz, opened their shop in hopes it would become a place where pet owners enjoy visiting with their furry friends. "We plan on knowing all the neighborhood dogs by name," Mark says. Bubblegum-pink walls and a chandelier hanging from the ceiling give the shop the feel of a clothing boutique, though displayed trays of dog biscuits and homemade canine cakes leave no doubt as to the store's intended clientele. Helping pet owners provide holistic food for their animals is a priority at the shop, with plentiful dog- and cat-food choices in natural and grain-free varieties. The McEacherns also stock their shelves with chew toys and accessories, perfect for doggy birthday gifts or house-training recognition ceremonies.

The American BellyDance Studio The American BellyDance Studio's artistic director, Kadayif, captains a team of instructors that crafts a distinct style of belly dancing by marrying traditional Middle Eastern dance with ballet, jazz, and theatrical staging. As the sound of rhythmic music and jingling coin belts courses through the air, seasoned instructors teach students of all skill levels to shimmy through intricate choreography that shows off curves through crisp isolations and rhythmic hip movements. Kadayif calls upon her experience as a registered nurse to assist students in safely shaking off pounds and limbering up muscle groups on the studio’s suspended wood floor, which was crafted out of chopped down Giving Trees. The American BellyDance Studio showcases its budding performers during performances and social events such as the Florida State Fair and the Lutz Fourth of July parade, as well as the studio's annual gala and awards banquet.
Westshore Pizza’s cooks evoke the flavors of a Philadelphian eatery by using sauce made from California tomatoes, house-made dough, and hand-grated Wisconsin mozzarella as they bake New York–style pizza. In addition to adding such savory toppings as bacon, broccoli, and jalapeños, the staff also stuffs philly cheesesteaks with melted cheese and sautéed vegetables. Dedicated to fresh, quality ingredients, cooks also grill half-pound patties of Angus beef for their hamburgers and bake their own italian bread from a recipe found etched into the side of the Liberty Bell.
