Studio One’s Summerlin Dance Academy is the topmost ranked dance academy in the entire state of Nevada, and places comfortably in the top 25 nationally, according to the Federation of Dance Competition. The school is dedicated to dance styles of all types and across many age levels, focusing on the flexibility and coordination necessary to take on a life of dance. Creative Movement classes inside the expansive studio space put parents and their toddlers together to help in their development, while the academy’s competition team, Innovation Dance Company, gives dancers with a keen eye something to shoot for. A dance store is located next door to the academy, which carries the latest styles and brands dedicated to all things dance. An added bonus is the monitor in the waiting area, which allows parents to view their child rehearsing without making them nervous.
