Each Sunday, curling enthusiasts convene at Las Vegas Ice Center to send stones careening over its icy surface. The sport is relatively new in the city, having been brought to the area a scant 20 years ago to satisfy the pent-up urges of locals who found themselves teased by televised curling or the broom section at the local hardware store. Today, the club keeps the sport’s flame burning brightly through Learn to Curl classes as well as curling parties.

Performing its acclaimed Christmas trilogy, the theatrical troupe amazes seated audiences with laser lights, emotionally charged compositions, and the ability to load all their equipment into a single stocking.
Tuff-N-Nuff sponsors the high-energy sport of Mixed Martial Arts fighting and showcases the sport's future stars. The fisticuffs commence at 7 p.m., also known as the witching hour. The evening's main event pits middleweight champion Edmond Xhelili (4-1) in a title-defending struggle against three-time Rage in the Cage veteran Jason Richey (3-1) in a rematch of last August's hotly contested bake-off. The fight card is stacked with 16 fights, including a paparazzi-arousing Celebrity Charity match between Kings MMA's Aaron Tru and Lee Honish, as well as a 145 lb. title fight between Taylor Stratford (6-1) and Ashlee Evans-Smith (4-1). The fight card is subject to change as fighters learn about each other and themselves, with some scrappers still TBA.
Formerly the Lingerie Football League, the Legends Football League stands as the "fastest-growing pro sports league in the nation" according to NBC Sports correspondent Rick Chandler. That success owes much to the league's unique format, which pits two exclusively female teams in alluring uniforms against each other in full-contact football games on a 50-yard field. Donning football pads and helmets over their revealing performance wear, the female athletes block, juke, and sprint uninhibited by such frivolous gear as the NFL's heavy chainmail hauberks.
