The light of the television set filled the room with a soft glow, and the voice of one of MTV's next big starlets harmonized with a background synthesizer and drifted out of the speakers. Sitting in front of the TV in one of her mother's dresses and with her mother's makeup in hand, a young Rachel Langford tried to emulate the looks of her favorite icons. This was a regular sight in her house, and her love affair with the glamorous and beautiful led Rachel's mom to nickname her "Glamour Child." Throughout her life, Rachel has lived up to the moniker. Beginning with a course on manicures in 1999 and continuing with courses in facials and makeup application in 2003, Rachel followed her passion and founded RaDiant Nails & Skin Studio / MakeUp By Rachel to showcase her newly acquired skill set. Today, Rachel perfects her craft in her salon, where she has assembled a team of talented manicurists and makeup artists to help each of her clients to look their best for special events. Specializing in bridal treatments and 12 nail services, Rachel can prepare each bride for her big day by dishing personalized beauty advice and tattooing fingernails with the groom's name in case she forgets. Rachel's makeup services have been used by the likes of Mike Epps in preparation for TV commercials.
