Fit Body Boot Camp's instructors all over the world share a common goal: to help clients hit their fitness and weight-loss goals with regimented training programs. Trainers lead group workouts that combine cardio with resistance exercises, strength training, and light alligator wrestling. They design the workouts to be as time-effective as possible and vary the routines constantly to avoid workout plateaus that can leave clients feeling uninspired. Trainers empower their students with healthy eating guidelines to keep motivation high outside of class.
During one-on-one sessions, certified personal trainers plan out tailored fitness programs, which clients can take with them to Fit Body Boot Camp’s gyms to continue shaping up on their own.

The saying "practice makes perfect" couldn't ring more true for nutritionist Sadhana Bahl, who spent 1,380 hours training to become a licensed paramedical aesthetician. The owner of Adonia Skin Wellness Spa works alongside aesthetician J. Brooke Thurmond, an advanced medical skincare specialist who also clocked 1,380 hours of training, in her quest to develop the skills necessary to treat and correct common skin disorders. Together, Team Adonia tackles everything from rosacea to enlarged pores using advanced aesthetic treatments and products from Image Skincare and PCA Skin. The spa's corrective facials are customized to each client’s skin type, and the signature Indian herb facial uses ayurvedic principles and ingredients such as turmeric, sandalwood, and aloe vera to balance the skin. Bahl and Thurmond also foster glowing complexions by exfoliating the epidermis with crystal or diamond microdermabrasion treatments or with LED light therapy, which uses blue light to kill bacteria and make acne feel so sad it leaves.
Defensive Shooting Instructors' training staff includes Special Forces members, SWAT officials, and intelligence specialists. Drawing from these backgrounds, the highly trained team teaches dozens of public courses that cover everything from pistols to shotguns to hand-to-hand combat. Rather than guiding their students through simple lessons, the instructors run drills that simulate real-world conditions and aim to create safe-yet-intense environments. Depending on the class, they might have groups race through obstacles, run up stairs, or even roll in the dirt. For firearms training, they travel to local ranges and put shooters through repetitive drills focused on speed, accuracy, and consistency. In addition to civilian instruction, Defensive Shooting Instructors designs courses for law enforcement officers, military members, and deploying journalists. Its staff mans a gun shop.
The NRA-certified instructors teach at indoor and outdoor ranges.
Depending on the class, shooters use different calibers of handguns, such as .22, .380, 9 millimeter, and a .38 revolver.
Before becoming state- and NRA-certified firearms instructors, each Elite Tactical Training team member worked in law enforcement or the US Army. They draw from these experiences to teach safety during one-on-one, group, and women's-only classes that incorporate scenarios. To deal with each simulated situation, the experts teach their clients––who range from civilians to law-enforcement officers––to select a suitable caliber, safely handle their chosen firearm, and practice self-defense techniques.
