Kathi of Zumba with Kathi is driven by her own passion about and experiences with the titular exercise. Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Each month we run a challenge to keep clients coming in, such as coming to class 25 times in one month to earn a free T-shirt. We change each class, so if you go to a specific class more than once that week, it will be different. Also, we have a variety of classes, so if our clients don't like one style, there are many more from which to choose.
Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
Free monthly measurements occur every month to show improvements and body change. We also offer help with nutrition guidance.
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?
We call ourselves a fitness boutique. We offer a variety of classes with fun, energetic, and motivational instructors that keep clients having fun and laughing while sweating and burning calories all in one awesome hour.
