No Pink Dumbbells - Small Group Fitness Training helps clients of all fitness levels get in shape without having to log hours at the gym every day. Coaches eschew long cardio sessions for challenging sessions that incorporate strength-training exercises, metabolic circuits, and cardio intervals. They cap each session at a small number of clients, so trainers can tailor the workout to challenge every participant, no matter their athletic abilities. The gym offers six sessions a week to fit clients? busy schedules.
At the Columbia Association, visitors find not only a place to work out, swim, or enjoy the great outdoors, but a place to connect with the local community and get to know their neighbors. Families take in live music by the lakefront during summer festivals, or glide across the ice at the public rink. Meanwhile, aspiring athletes build muscle, flexibility, and form with practice at indoor and outdoor tennis courts, or regular trips to the high-tech Columbia Gym. Columbia Association also helps its members maintain a healthy lifestyle with a wide variety of facilities, including nearby golf courses, 23 swimming pools, and even an attached horse center, where humans can learn to ride and horses can get in shape for swimsuit season.
Colonial Fitness' technicolored gym boasts a battalion of exercise equipment and energetic group classes to motivate guests of all ages and abilities to reach their fitness goals. The certified trainers lead high-energy cardio-fitness classes to pump up muscles and heart rates alongside relaxing yoga classes to increase flexibility and decrease stress. Guests face off on racquetball courts or hit home runs on the basketball courts, toning muscles and burning calories while enjoying some friendly competition. As adults push their bodies' limits, they can rest assured while sending their children off to cavort in the child activity center under the staff's watchful eye. To rejuvenate after a calorie-torching workout, guests can unwind during a massage or tanning session, refuel with a protein-packed smoothie at the Hydration Station, or relax in the sauna and steam rooms.

Just Plain Yoga wants its visitors to find the perfect fit when it comes to yoga technique. They offer a questionnaire to identify the right class for each student, based on how rapidly or slowly they want to move, as well as whether they want to achieve relaxation, increase flexibility, or build strength in your third eyelash. The studio offers 11 different styles for intrepid yogis, including gentle hatha sessions that link breath to body, and morning vinyasa flow to jump-start the day. Hesitant first-timers are especially invited to the ?yoga for any body? class, a gentle, welcoming class for anyone who thinks they are too inflexible or overweight to do yoga.
