Studio Spin may look like a gym, but visitors shouldn't be fooled. Once the mood lighting hits, the music turns on, and classes start, every part of the studio?from its hardwood floors to its 13-foot ceilings?turns into a party. Indeed, the instructors aim to make all their women-only workouts fun and engaging, whether they're leading Zumba, chair dance, pole dance, or one of many other classes. The instructors bring considerable expertise to the studio, including certifications in group fitness and CPR.
If there's one thing that proves that the principles of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and judo help ensure success outside the martial arts studio, it's Harrisburg Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo's instructors. Though they possess years of experience and numerous championship wins, martial arts aren't their only pursuits—detective, college professor, welder, and attorney are just a few of the titles the instructors hold when they're not teaching martial arts students. In their diverse schedule of child- and adult-level classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and judo, they teach students the same enduring skills in fitness, honor, and mutual respect that have been so beneficial in their own lives.
