Lattelicious, a drive-through coffee cart located in the Vineyard Plaza parking lot, supplies on-the-go customers with café drinks and baked treats such as chocolate-filled croissants. Baristas marry shots of espresso with steamed milk to make signature lattes, and also craft energizing drinks such as cappuccinos, frappés, and Red Bull beverages. Many drinks can also be made lactose-free.

In addition to offering fresh juices and bagel sandwiches, Fruit Face creates customizable smoothies with a plethora of options. You can choose a predesigned selection or build your own in four steps. First, pick a base liquid, such as almond milk or frozen organic greek yogurt. Then, ask for up to three fruits or veggies, such as apples, cucumbers, watermelons, or mangos. Finally, there's an option to throw in add-ons like aloe vera and vitamin or energy shots.

After staffers blend it all together, you can enjoy your fruity concoction in a space designed for lingering. There's free WiFi, a selection of magazines, and even children's books to help younger visitors meet the legal requirements for daily imagination use.

If you want it to be, it's always morning at Cafe Theobroma?they serve breakfast all day. The chefs have designed their fare to be flavorful yet light and energizing, so you can sustain a stimulated feeling all day without taking breaks to touch an electric fence. Try the quiche filled with chicken and caramelized apples, sweet and savory crepes, or omelets studded with cuts of Pacific salmon. These pair well with the cups of Illy coffee or any of the bar's classic cocktails.

But though their fare is light, it's still hearty?in the Rome Hunting salad, for example, they toss seasoned beef and sauteed mushrooms with pistachio dressing and a drizzle of cranberry sauce. There are also gourmet sandwich options.

Named for the Hawaiian word for passion fruit, Lilikoi Coffee exudes a tropical feel with walls painted the color of the ocean on a clear, bright day. Guests can order up a plate of savory or sweet waffles, including some dusted with powdered sugar and ripe strawberries. Baristas camped out behind the counter navigate jars filled with loose-leaf Foxfire tea, pots of brewing Stumptown coffee, and 14 styles of syrup to mix into chilled italian sodas or bubble bath for Candyland. Staff can customize the drinks to suit dietary requirements, swapping out the milk in traditional lattes with rice-, almond-, or hemp- milk alternatives.
