Mike specializes in combining fast-paced cardio with slow-motion, high-intensity muscle-burning exercises. Private and group exercise classes take the form of body-molding Pilates, heart-pumping workouts, and ballet barre sessions. The gym also functions as a health-food outlet, packed with superfoods, verve-pumping juices, and farm-fresh eggs available for preorder.
