With the help of Pixtac.com, customers create collages of their favorite photographs that boast clean, borderless designs and allow the photography to tell its own story. Customers simply upload their photos—baby portraits, say, or wedding pics—and pick a template depending on how many photos they'd like to include and what shape they want the collage to take. They can choose a filter that best gels with the mood of the photos, and Pixtac takes it from there. The resulting floating glass collages lack gaudy frames or distracting borders and therefore let the photos tell a visual narrative of the event, whether it's an exchange of wedding vows or a father's purchase and subsequent wearing of a souvenir fanny pack.

As America's largest charity rater, Charity Navigator serves more than three million unique visitors each year, impacting approximately $10 billion of charitable donations. The organization’s rating methodology focuses on not only the financial health and analysis of a charity's performance, but also on each charity's accountability and transparency. In the late 1970s career educators Eileen and Raymond Huntington opened the first Huntington Learning Center in Oradell, New Jersey. Their goal was to take an individualized approach to education, adjusting instructional tactics according to each student's set of needs. Their success in helping K–12 students prepare for exams and improve grades and study skills quickly spawned franchises across New York and New Jersey.

Today, the certified Huntington tutoring staff utilizes testing and rubrics for assessing each child's skills, academic needs, and potential for growth. The teachers even note the student's behavior in different testing and academic situations to craft a methodology sensitive to each child's learning style. Teachers also adhere to the company's code of ethics that stresses professionalism and confidentiality and encourages pupils to improve their grades honestly through dedicated study rather than shortcuts.

The Summit Area YMCA with its Berkeley Heights location and the Madison Area YMCA serve as community gathering places where principles are put into practice. The cause-driven organizations focus on healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development. The Learning Circle (Summit Area) and the F.M. Kirby Children's Center (Madison Area) take care of babies as young as 6 weeks old, and babysitting services afford parents the opportunity to explore the Y while childcare professionals watch little ones.

The Y also aims to keep kids and their families healthy with sports leagues, youth sports clinics, group fitness classes, and a fitness center equipped with a climbing wall, Olympic free-weight room, and a pool. All of the Y’s programs are accessible to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay or perform a back handspring.
